Oakland Cobras Girls Fastpitch Softball The Oakland Cobra Fastpitch Softball Association is dedicated to teaching each player age appropriate fundamentals and strategies of competitive fastpitch softball. All Oakland Cobra coaches are dedicated to positive sportsmanship and creating a team environment where memories of team fun will last a lifetime.

THANK YOU UNITED STATES ARMED FORCESThe COBRAS are proud to announce two new teams for 2011 For the first time in its history the Oakland Cobras will field a 10U team and an 18U team. Tryouts for 2011 Oakland Cobras Teams were held on Saturday, August 14 & Sunday, August 15 Thank you to the 100+ softball players that came to try out for an Oakland Cobra team.
Teams are still forming. For a private tryout you are encouraged to contact a Cobra coach.

In December 2009, the Oakland Cobras Fastpitch Softball Association reached out to our military men and women stationed in the middle east with wishes of Christmas cheer and messages of thanks for protecting us here at home. Donations were collected from all six Cobra teams, gift boxes were put together and shipped over seas. Included in those boxes were several Oakland Cobra T-Shirts. On January 17, 2010 the Cobras received the following photo from our soldiers in ARSIC-E, 413/203 Corps ETT, (Afghanistan Regional Security Integration Command East, Embedded Training Team). The photo included a note to the Cobra family that they will be shipping the American Flag that they are holding to the Oakland Cobras. Thank you to all the teams that joined us in saluting our military men and women at the Cobra Challenge on June 18, 19, and 20, 2010. God Bless our Soldiers!
